What is your return policy?

Returns (for a full refund minus shipping cost) and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it with hang tags still attached. Return and exchange shipping back to us is paid by the customer. If exchanging, Kelly Bee will cover the shipping of the new item. 

What is the best way to contact you about a damaged item?

Please contact us at help@kellybeerecovery.com and send a photo of the damaged item. We will be happy to work with you and replace your item. 

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 24 hours unless there is an announcement posted at the top of the website. Sometimes we need a vacation! If that is a case, a date will be posted in the announcement when shipping will resume. 

What is your address and where do you ship from?

Kelly Bee Designs, LLC is located at 132 Jaffrey Rd, Malvern, PA 19355 and this is where we ship from.

Shipment tracking says my order was delivered, but it has not arrived. What do I do?

Unfortunately, this occurs occasionally with all carriers, especially during the holidays. 99% of all orders are eventually delivered. Sometimes "delivered" means it was delivered to the local post office. If you do not receive it within 5 business days after that, contact your local post office or UPS location. You can also reach out to us at help@kellybeerecovery.com to make sure the shipping address was correct. We will do what we can to help, but once we have handed it off to the shipping carrier, there is not much we can do on our end. 

What size should I order?

We recommend ordering your normal size in the pajama sets and hoodies and it will be a comfortable fit with the drains. You can size up if you prefer a looser fit. If you are between sizes, size up. For the tank tops, we recommend ordering your normal size if you would prefer a more snug fit to wear under your own button down or zip up shirts. Otherwise, order a size up for a looser fit with the drains. Any questions, don't hesitate to email us at info@kellybeerecovery.com.

How many drains can fit in each pocket?

We have had many customers who have had up to three drains in each pocket. We haven't heard of anyone having more than three drains on a side, but four drains should fit comfortably on each side.
