WHOLESALE TERMS

OVERVIEW

• A retailer who signs up for a wholesale account must abide by the following terms and conditions.
• As a retailer, you will receive a discount of 50% off our retail prices. Only the items in our Wholesale Collection may be purchased with the wholesale discount. 
• Order minimum is $200, after discount. Charitable organizations, please contact me at info@kellybeerecovery.com to discuss a lower minimum.
• Free shipping is offered for US orders over $750. For all other orders, retailer is responsible for the cost of shipping. 
• Kelly Bee items may not be sold on third party marketplaces in the US such as: Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, or Ebay.  You may sell on your own website or in your store only.

PAYMENT

• We are now offering net 30 payment terms! A 20% deposit must be paid upfront. In order to get these terms, choose "Wholesale Order" as your payment method at checkout. You will not be charged when your order is placed. Within 24 hours you will be emailed two invoices. One to pay your 20% deposit and the other with the remaining balance that will be due in 30 days. Once your deposit is paid, your order will ship within 24 hours. 
• All wholesale may not apply additional coupons, other than the free shipping if the minimum is met.

SHIPPING

• Orders ship with UPS or USPS within 24 hours.
• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please retain this. You will need to contact the selected carrier for any shipping problems or lost packages. We are not responsible once the order is with the shipping carrier. 
• Free shipping is for US orders over $750. For all other orders, retailer is responsible for the cost of shipping. 

Returns and Cancellations

• We accept returns within 30 days. All items must be in original condition with tags still attached. 
• Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
• Refund will be issued upon receipt of items and processed back to the original form of payment.
• An order can be cancelled before it ships. Please contact us at info@kellybeerecovery.com to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped it cannot be cancelled, but can be returned by buyer at their expense.

• Kelly Bee Designs, LLC products hold the Kelly Bee Designs, LLC trademark which may not be infringed upon.
• Kelly Bee Designs, LLC owns all photos. Retailers may use our photos to sell our products.
• You may not, in any way, alter, rebrand or update the photos owned by Kelly Bee Designs, LLC.
• You must tag and give credit to Kelly Bee Designs, LLC for any product photos taken from our social media.
